Offshore Gases

From these locations, we routinely supply customers around the world with the gases & equipment they need, supplied in a range of cylinder pack sizes – typically 64 cylinder, 48 cylinder & 16 cylinder units or any customized size to meet customer requirements. Our ability to quickly mobilise, fill and deliver these assets with minimum notice is a key feature of our commitment to Service Excellence.

The Global Gases Group fills and supplies a complete range of Diving / Breathing gases and other associated Gas mixtures for deep sea offshore operations from its facilities in - Dubai, Johor Baru, Cape Town, Perth, Malta, Mumbai and Lagos.

The products supplied include:
o  Heliox– Helium/Oxygen mixtures
o  Nitrox
o  Diving Quality Breathing Oxygen
o  Nitrogen for system purging & Pressure testing
o  Helionite (Helium/Nitrogen mixtures) for leak detection

Cylinder Packs/Quads

Global Gases Group manufacturers its own cylinder Packs/Racks/Quads (up to 64 cylinders or customized to customer needs) - all the Packs/ Quads are designed and built in accordance to DNV 2.7-1 to accommodate cylinders produced by all of the global manufacturers.

We are happy to quote customers for the sale of packs/quads for their own internal use, including supplying to specific customized sizes and dimensions.

Among other features, Global Gases Group delivers Packs with:
o  Stencilled contents and painted in accordance with IMCA guidelines.
o  Third Party tested and with Load Test, MPI and Sling certification to BS 12079 or DNV 2.7-1. This is in accordance with IMCA Guideline DO-18. A data plate is clearly marked and attached to each Pack.
o  The cylinders and Packs are clearly identified under the international colour coding standard and copies of all the test certificates accompany each pack in a protective PVC holder.
o  Dedicated lifting slings which require load testing and a visual inspection in accordance with IMCA Guideline.

Construction Gases

Global Gases Group can supply a wide range of specific and generic gas mixtures based on Argon, Carbon dioxide and Helium for welding shielding gas applications where quality and reliability are the key parameters. As with our Diving Gases range, the complete range of Construction Gases products are available with minimum notice from all our site locations.

Offshore

Depending to the specific gas demands, we can supply either premixed gases in Quads or, for larger demands, cryogenic liquid storage using Iso tanks for on-board mixing of Argon/Carbon dioxide mixtures. We also supply trained Global Gases Group personnel to work with you and operate the gas mixing facility on board to ensure gas quality/reliability.

Onshore

We offer the same gas delivery solutions for Onshore customers –both premixed compressed gases in Quads or customised on-site supply based on cryogenic gases in Iso tanks for larger and/or longer term project demands.

Trimix

Specialist welding mixtures containing Argon, Carbon Dioxide and Helium available in Quads for both Onshore and Offshore applications.

Healthcare Gases

Global Gases Group is a leading independent global provider of a total Supply Service for Liquid Helium, Gases, Cryogens and associated equipment to MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) operators.

From our various Helium filling facilities we efficiently service (by air freight) a growing number of consumers across the entire Middle East, Southeast Asia, the Indian Sub-continent, the Mediterranean, Central Asia and Australia.

As with all our business operations, we focus on providing a complete service package by delivering the required products with minimum notice at the time and place requested by our customer. On time every time.

MRI Helium

Our MRI service includes the flexibility to supply Liquid Helium in dewars of various sizes (400, 250 & 100 litres capacity). We can also offer Liquid Nitrogen, pressure raising Helium gas cylinders and all necessary transfer equipment to deliver a reliable total cryogen supply service and help avoid unplanned downtime.

Dewar Features and Associated Equipment

· Dewar design featuring rugged construction and super insulation to reduce boil-off.
· All dewars mounted on bases with castors for easy handling.
· Stainless steel dewar construction provides safe use in high magnetic-field areas.
· Our dewars are designed to be shipped by passenger aircraft as required.
· All dewars are labelled with information on safe handling of product, operation and storage.
· Global Gases Group dewars include an electrical pressurization system with the option of using external gas as and when required.
· The supply of product transfer lines, stingers, drive gas cylinders and qualified engineers to support MRI fill operations.

Pure Gases

Global Gases Group fills and supplies a range of pure gases at various levels of purity up to 6.0 Grade (99.9999% purity).

These include:
o  Helium
o Argon
o  Nitrogen
o  Oxygen
o  Carbon Dioxide.

We supply these gases in cylinders, Packs and as cryogenic liquids according to the volumes and gas purities required by the customer. High purity gases for high-tech customers.
