Position: Marketing Communication Specialist (Social Media Focus)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities.
- Define and track marketing goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Brand Management & Communication
- Enhance brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all digital and offline channels.
- Oversee content creation for social media, website, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
- Develop compelling storytelling and brand narratives to engage the target audience.
- Manage PR efforts, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.
3. Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Optimize content strategies to improve engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.
- Oversee offline marketing initiatives such as events, sponsorships, partnerships, and print media.
4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that generate leads and drive customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies.
- Leverage social listening tools to track brand sentiment and audience insights.
5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, engagement rates, and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
